Hi,
At the end of the first year you can renew your support subscription at a discount to the purchase / upgrade price. If you choose not to renew, the plugin will continue to work, but you won’t have access to new versions or support.
January 12, 2013 at 1:12 pm in reply to: mashup of type satellite does not include all markers #11354Hi,
This should be fixed in 2.39.7.
The plugin was enabling 45-degree imagery by default. However, when this imagery is loaded it seems to distort the display viewport slightly, which can push some markers out of the viewport.
The new version disables 45-degree imagery by default. It can be re-enabled by setting the shortcode parameter ’tilt’ to ’45’: [mashup tilt="45"]
Hi,
I think this is fixed in 2.39.7. It only occurs in certain situations (see below).
You’ll need to check the setting ‘load maps last’ in the MapPress settings in the new version.
Please let me know if it works for you.

As background:
The problem seems to occur only with Firefox, and only when a map has satellite imagery.
In this case it seems that Firefox needs to have the maps loaded later than the other browsers.
Google recommends the body ‘onload’ event but MapPress displays maps immediately (so they won’t be delayed or blocked by other scripts or iframes on the page). The new setting loads the maps using the jQuery(window).load event, which should be roughly equivalent to ‘onload’.
This doesn’t seem to happen for me using the latest IE/Chrome but I see it with Firefox.
Exactly what browser and browser version are you using?
Hi Vincent,
There’s no option to populate the body based on other fields. I can think of three workarounds:
1) If you leave the ‘body’ field blank the plugin will default the title & body based on the full address.
2) You could specify a body custom field and then type in the full address in that field (which requires some redundant data entry)
3) You could also write some custom PHP code to populate the body field based on the contents of the other fields.
I hope that helps!
Hi,
Can you provide the URL you’re viewing, and your browser/browser version?
Hi,
Did you follow the steps here?
http://mappresspro.com/install
If that doesn’t help, you can send a login to the blog (use the contact form) and I’ll see if I can install it for you.
Hi,
The error is a bug. It’s fixed in 2.39.7, which should be available tomorrow.
I don’t think that’s the cause of the map not displaying, though. Most of the common causes for that are listed here:
http://mappresspro.com/mappress-faq
If that doesn’t help, can you send a URL for a page that has this problem? I went to the blog but the page I checked looked OK:
http://www.villagreta.pl/noclegi-sudetach/
If you mean that the map doesn’t display in tabs, that’s also explained in the FAQ (it’s a google issue, but you can work around it with some javascript or use jQuery-UI tabs).
Hi,
I found the problem (a bug in the query module) and it should now be fixed in version 2.39.6.
You can download the new version from your account:

Hi,
Thanks for writing, I see the AJAX error – WP_Query is saying it’s not receiving an array for post__in.
I’ll try to replicate this issue in my test system this afternoon and get back to you with an answer.
January 4, 2013 at 10:15 am in reply to: MapPress 2.39.5 and Pirobox Extended 1.1.1 not working #11283Hi, I don’t know anything about Pirobox but if you’d like to send a login using the contact form, I’ll take a look in your blog.
Hi, MapPress uses the newer WordPress standards, including loading scripts in the footer. But some themes and other plugins aren’t compatible. Could you take a look at #1 and see if it helps in your case?

If not, please send a login and I’ll take a look for you.
Hi,
I was able to reproduce the problem, and it is a bug in version 2.39.5. I’ve fixed it and it will be in the 2.39.6 release.
Thanks for bringing it to my attention!
Hi,
Can you send a URL? Or, better yet, a login to your blog (you can use the contact form).
Hi, there’s a setting ‘mashup thumbnails’ on the settings screen. Is that checked? It needs to be set to automatically display featured images.
