Hi, is there anyway to position a POI which on its exact coordinates? See for example this google map: http://goo.gl/maps/b7Hah – the coords N 49° 00.785′ E 012° 24.941′ are “mapped” to the street adress “A”. Is this because of geocoding the coordinates? Could it be turned off? Thanks for having a look.

Hi, you should be able to just enter the lat/lng as decimals (not degrees) in the map editor.  You can also drag a POI to the correct location in the map editor if it seems to have picked the wrong spot.

Lat/lng will bring the same result as degress, see http://goo.gl/maps/iQMyD – 49.013083 12.415683 transformed from N 49° 00.785′ E 012° 24.941′. Ok, already saw the possibilty to move the spot.

I don’t think degrees will work in MapPress.  Are you asking about how to use Google maps?
