Show map on WP homepage

Dear Support,
Great googlemap plugin!!
My developer is tinkering on it as you can see here:
storymondo.com/index1.php
A snag he says, it wont work on the homepage. We are planning to replace the banner with a map. Is it possible? How do we do that?

Hi,

That’s a pretty general question, and it’s specific to your site, but you can use these methods:
– a shortcode
– a call to do_shortcode() in the theme
– PHP

There are a some examples in the documentation.

No, I don’t have a list.

I assume you’re still wondering how to place a map on the home page? If so, try using do_shortcode() in your home page template file:

Or, use a sticky post/page as the front page, and place your map shortcode there.
