I am using WordPress version 5.0.2. I have tried to get the list to display from the Settings screen. However nothing shows up but a blank box. What can I do?

    Hi,

I’m not sure I understand. If you’re seeing a blank box where the map should be on the front-end, please have a look at the FAQ (which covers 99.9% of the common problems) – or send a URL where I can see the problem myself.

If it’s something on the back-end administration screens, please send a login using the contact form so I can log into the blog and see the problem.

Here is the link to the sample page I created.

I have 2 POI but neither show up in the blank box.

    Hi,

I do see the problem. I think it may be related to the theme. Some themes lack a wp_footer() call, and this prevents the map templates from loading:

You can test if this is the problem by switching (for a moment) to the standard twenty-seventeen theme. If you now see the list, you can update your theme with the missing wp_footer() call.

If you don’t see the list, try also deactivating ALL other plugins – sometimes other plugins can cause a conflict with MapPress.
