Hi, I am using gtranslate.io on a tld. Basically it takes a copy of the site and translates it on to another tld.

So I have gaytravel4u.com, with the french version on gaytravel4u.fr

But the map does not load. Any idea why?For Example:

    https://www.gaytravel4u.com/event/white-party-palm-springs/
    (map loads correctly)

    https://www.gaytravel4u.fr/event/white-party-palm-springs/

Any ideas? Could it be something to do with the way the Urls are set up in the plugin?
GTranslate said the issue was not with their plugin.

    Hi,

There are a lot of JavaScript errors on the second site. If you’d like to look, you can see the console in most browsers with F12. It looks like something is interfering with the WordPress underscore and jQuery libraries.

I’ve had trouble before with the autoptimize plugin, which can cause JS errors. Could you try disabling it and see if the maps load?

I disabled it, and the maps still did not work.

    Hi,

    Try the following:
    1. Update MapPress to the latest version, and check the map (the newest versions whitelist MapPress in autoptimize)

    2. If #1 doesn’t help, disable ALL plugins (except MapPress) and switch to the standard Twenty Twenty theme – just for a moment – and check the map again. If it works, you can reactivate one by one to find the problem.

If the map still doesn’t work, please send me a login. You can use the contact form to email me directly.

OK, I will try that. Can you tell me if its an entire directory I whitelist or a specific script?

    Hi,

The current versions of the plugin will whitelist itself in autoptimize, you don’t need to do anythig.
