    Hi,

    I have used this plugin for the last year with no problems whatsoever. Now it will not load. As far as I can tell I have done nothing to cause this. I have activated and deactivated plugins, switched themes etc

    When I go to the page I get an error message, but cannot copy it here. The error message starts with this:

    AJAX Error
    Status=parsererror
    Error=SyntaxError: Unexpected Token

    Here is the url – http://www.storydogs.org.au/schools/queensland-schools/

    Also, I am experiencing issues with loading images onto pages. I cannot load images to the page and the media gallery just endlessly attempts to connect. I mention this as these issue may well be interconnected.

    Thanks for any help you can give.

    UPDATE:

    I forgot to mention that when I go into any of the school locations I cannot edit the map as I get the same error.

    Hi,

    I took a look at the site and I can see an extra (null) character is being prepended to the location data, which seems to cause the error.

    I’m not sure if this is an error with the plugin, or something else. Can you think of any recent recent changes to the system – i.e., new plugins, new PHP version, etc. that might be related?

    Here’s an easy way to check if AJAX is working at all on your site. Go to this URL in your browser. If it returns ‘0’ it’s working (replace ‘www.yoursite.com’ with your site)
    http://www.yoursite.com/wp-admin/admin-ajax.php

    If you’d like to troubleshoot further here’s the steps:

    1. Deactivate ALL other plugins
    2. Switch to a standard theme
    3. Email me a login (using the contact form)

    Probably best to do this on a test site, or make a database copy of the main site to test with.
