Make “Attached to this post” default?

With the new ability to select from all maps when editing a map in a post, the All Maps was given the default. Depending on the number of maps you have, this takes a while to load. Since the default always was, because there wasn’t an All Maps option, and to make it faster, can the default be changed to Attached to this Post?
