KML Fetch Error

    Hi, my working site is behind a .htaccess password protection. Every now and then i get a KML Fetch error while displaying a map with a kml track on it. Eg Firefox prompts it, Chrome doesn’t. Couldnt reproduce the circumstances in detail so far. Did you have a idea? Thanks.

    Hi,

    Sorry, no I haven’t heard of that issue before.  If you can narrow down the cause it might help, but as a guess: maybe the KML load is timing out?  If you’re not hosting the file locally, you could try putting the file on your own server.
