issue on custom post types

Hi Chris,

I have the latest version of MapPress Pro installed on WP 3.6.

The map metabox funxtions fine on pages and posts but on my custom post types it is present but the “New Map” button does not respond.

On one of my custom post types I have the automatic map set up with custom fields and it is generated and displays on the front end, but again I can’t click on “automatic” and actually see the map in the metabox.

I want the users to be able to view the map in the admin on the custom post screens and be able to insert maps into other custom post types.

Is there something I should be aware of in creating my custom post types?

I had it working fine on another site with custom post types and the automatic display.

Chris,

I’ve narrowed down the issue to a conflict with the “metabox” plugin. I’m not actually using it as a plugin but have it included as part of my theme.

I also used the metabox plugin on the other site where things were working fine. The metabox plugin is probably an earlier version there.

Any idea why there could be a conflict with a plugin like metabox?

I went back to an older version of metabox and it’s working fine.

I’ll let the plugin developer know.
