POI title can be mapped to a custom field in the MapPress settings screen. If you have a custom field called, for example, “mytitle”, you can map it there.

If you’re asking if you can automatically create map POIs using the post title, then the answer is no – but there’s a setting ‘POI content’ that will tell the plugin to always show the post title & excerpt instead of the POI info.
