getting this popup every time a page is loaded in the browser using the MapPress plugin:

Google has disabled use of the Maps API for this application. The provided key is not a valid Google API Key, or it is not authorized for the Google Maps Javascript API v2 on this site. Hi,

MapPress doesn’t use an API key unless you enter one in the settings, and it uses API V3, not API V2.

Could it be that your theme or another plugin is also loading the API?
