Working on the website here: http://ruralswal2015.staging.wpengine.com/attraction/edmund-pettus-bridge-at-selma-al/

Have managed to get maps to display from the previously established fields by following instructions and updating all the 500 sites on the website through the bulk editor–great tip that you provided in another thread. Have managed to do the same thing with the zoom level. But I can’t find a way to change the pin from the GPS coordinates to the name of the post when hovering over it. Any suggestions? Thanks!

Also, It appears to be dropping the map into the page twice–not exactly sure why that is–I am using a plugin called “Views” to manage and create the custom post type that holds this content.

Figured out a workaround for the problem I was having with the two maps showing up, but would love a solution for the title of the post showing up instead of the gps coordinates.

    Thanks!

    Hi,

You can display the POST title instead of the POI title by setting the ‘mashup poi title’ setting on the MapPress settings screen, or by using the mashupTitle=”post” in the mashup shortcode.

Search for ‘poi title’ here to see the details:

Great! This is just what I needed. Sorry I missed that–I got distracted by the other issue. I really appreciate your plugin and find it to be the most reliable, functional map plugin I’ve ever tried–and I’ve tried a bunch. Thanks again! And your help / support is fantastic too.
