Hi I’m getting this error when I try to create a map. I’ve looked over your previous solutions and none worked minus re-loading WordPress which I won’t do due to the customization I have within the site theme and won’t risk losing all that work.

    I’m using WordPress 3.8.8.1.

I tried this and it seems the standard WP AJAX is working though the error still comes up. If this can’t be resolved I would appreciate a refund for the pro version which is what i have.  No sense in having a plugin that’s not compatible with my set-up 🙁

One thing you might try is to see if standard WP AJAX is working. For example, go to the post categories screen and do a “quick edit” on an existing category. When you click the “update category” button the quick editor uses AJAX to submit the changes, so it’s a good way to check if standard WP is working.

    Hi,

Updating the category is a good test, but it won’t catch every possible error, only syntax errors.

I assume you’ve tried switching to the twentyeleven theme AND deactivating all of your other plugins?

Have you changed the core WordPress files? If not you won’t lose any customization by reinstalling WordPress (i.e. by copying the files over your existing installation). I mention that because I’ve had several cases where people write about ajax errors, only to find they’d accidentally modified their core files.

If you like, send a login and I’ll try to troubleshoot it for you.

I see you modified your post – do you mean you get an error when you update the categories?
