This issue is one of those that drive me crazy with websites…
I wrestled with this for 3 hours last night, and this morning it is all working fine – like magic.
The ONLY thing I did was enable debug mode and save the config file… I don’t know if it could have been a permissions issue with that file or if it was a server issue.
So, thanks for help, but it seems like it is okay FOR NOW.
