Subscriptions can be canceled at any time from your PayPal account.
If you paid by credit card, please contact support.
Here’s how to navigate to the subscriptions section in your PayPal account:
1. Log in to your PayPal account
2. Click the “gear” icon in the upper-right
3. On the menu bar, select “Payments”
4. Click the “Manage automatic payments” button:
5. Select the payment you’d like to cancel, then click “Cancel”
