Try it: click a pin or a name in the list.
How it works
- As many pins as you like. There’s no cap on markers per map or on the number of maps, in the free version.
- Add by address or place. Type an address, a place name or lat,lng in the map editor, or click the map to drop a pin, then drag it to fine-tune.
- Popups. Each pin opens a popup with your own text, photos and links.
- Location list. A list beside the map shows every location; click one to jump to it.
- Directions. A directions link opens the route in Google Maps.
- Clustering. Crowded pins group into numbered clusters as visitors zoom out (see marker clustering).
Add it to your site
- Add a MapPress Map block to a post or page (or use the MapPress button in the classic editor).
- Search for each address or place and add it to the map. Edit the title and popup text for each pin.
- Save. The map appears wherever the block is, and you can reuse it on other pages with its shortcode.

FAQ
Is there a free WordPress map plugin for multiple locations?
Yes. MapPress free has unlimited maps and unlimited markers per map, with popups, a location list and directions. Nothing is capped or held back for Pro.
Do I need a Google Maps API key?
No. Maps use free OpenStreetMap tiles by default. Choose Google Maps or Mapbox if you prefer; those need their own key.
Can I show multiple markers on a Google map in WordPress?
Yes. Switch the map engine to Google Maps in MapPress Settings and add your API key. The same pins, popups and list work on either engine.
Can I show locations from many different posts on one map?
Yes, with MapPress Pro. A mashup combines the maps from any posts you choose into one map, which is how you build a store locator.
Free vs Pro: everything on this page is free. Pro adds mashups (one map from many posts), search, filters and custom markers.
