Already store addresses in custom fields, or use an Advanced Custom Fields (ACF) Google Map field? MapPress Pro creates a map for each post from those fields automatically, and keeps it updated when the post is saved.
Each location on this map comes from a post’s own map.
How it works
- ACF Google Map fields. MapPress reads the address and coordinates straight from the ACF field.
- Any address or lat/lng field. Map an address, latitude and longitude, or other custom fields to the map.
- Posts or users. Generate maps for posts, pages, custom post types, or user profiles.
- Kept in sync. Maps update when a post is published or saved.
- Geocoding built in. Addresses are converted to map positions automatically, with any errors listed so you can fix them.
- Any map engine. Show ACF locations on free OpenStreetMap maps, not just Google.
Add it to your site
- In MapPress › Settings › Generate Maps from Custom Fields, choose the field that holds the address, ACF map or coordinates.
- Choose the post types to include, and save. Existing posts get maps, and new posts get them when they’re saved.
- Show all of them on one map with a mashup, such as a store locator.
FAQ
How do I show an ACF Google Map field on a map?

Yes. Any text field with an address works. MapPress geocodes it into a map position.
Can I show all posts with an address on one map?

Free vs Pro: generating maps from custom fields and ACF is part of MapPress Pro.
