Dear MapPress or TurboCSV Customer,
I no longer provide software updates or support through wpplugins. If you were subscribing for support through wpplugins.com, I’ve converted your account to my site and added three additional months for free.
After your subscription ends you’ll have the option to renew at subscription rate that is current at that time.
Please do the following by February 1, 2012.
- Go to your PayPal account and cancel your support subscriptions with wpplugins.com (they may be listed as “Incsub”).
- If you already have an account on my site then just log in.
- Otherwise, activate your new account and log in. You can use the email address or login name that you registered with at wpplugins.com.
That’s it! You should now be able to download your plugin updates immediately from your Account Page.
If you have any questions or issues, see the Frequently-Asked Questions below or contact me directly. Please include your wpplugins user name (if applicable), your user name on my site, and details about your purchase.
Frequently Asked Questions About the Conversion

A: Please see here: how to cancel a subscription
Q: When will my subscription end?
A: Your subscription will end 1 year and 3 months after you last renewed with wpplugins. For example, if you just paid them on January 1, 2012, your subscription should continue through April 1, 2013.
Q: How much will it cost to renew?
A: You’ll have the choice to renew at the subscription rate on the renewal date. For example, MapPress support is currently about $1.98 per month.
