    I’m using a page-structure like
    – country
    — region
    — city
    —- poi
    Each page has a map.
    Right now I’m using queries like [mashup marker_link=”false” width=”100%” height=”500px” show=”current” marker_body=”none” poilist=”true” query=”post__in=23152,24122″]. It’s the “post__in”-part that

I can’t find an out-of-the-box, automated and ‘intelligent’ way to create a mashup using parent pages, subpages and/or siblings, nor can I find a query which just combines some maps by mapid instead of page/post.

I’d like to see some shortcode-options like:
“parent” (shows (includes) map of parrent page),
    “sibling” (shows (includes) sibling page(s)),
“mapid=x[,y]” (which shows (includes) specific maps).

Also, I think it would make sense to be able to create maps and put them into a ‘pool of maps’ in order to attach these maps to a (number of) post(s) or page(s), instead of creating/linking them to a post by default.

Just some ideas that crossed my mind.

‘It’s the “post__in”-part that’ shoul be:
It’s especially the “post__in”-part which is time-consuming and causes a lot of work and including the danger of typo’s when putting in page-ids.
